What Soft Watch Face does
Soft Watch Face replaces the default Wear OS watch face with a digital clock layout. It is made for Wear OS 4 and newer devices and uses Watch Face Format. The display includes the time, optional seconds and colon indicators, and space for four custom complication slots.
Who it suits
This face suits people who want a readable digital layout they can adjust without changing the basic clock design. You can choose from more than 60 material colour themes and matching subthemes, select one of two always-on display styles, and turn the leading zero on or off.
Information on the watch face
The four complication positions can show supported Wear OS data such as short or long text, ranged values, monochromatic icons and small images. A separate aurora background effect can be enabled with the gyro sensor. On Wear OS 5, the face also supports the platform’s flavours feature for saving or switching between configurations.
Phone notifications are supported. A layout that combines phone and watch battery information is also available, but that battery setup requires the separate Phone Battery Complication app. The watch face includes multilanguage support and two AOD options.
